It’s been a while since I sent out a newsletter and rest assured I haven’t forgotten you all.
I’ve been in the process of looking at easier and quicker means to achieve lasting happiness. So look out for the next newsletter that’s will be in your inbox shortly describing the ‘journey’ that I’ve been on.

What information do we collect?
We collect information about you when you:
- Register for teleseminars
- Buy coaching sessions
- Opt-in for the newsletter/free gift
- Make a general enquiry
When you register for teleseminars, newsletter/free gift or make a general enquiry we collect your name and email address.
When you make an online payment for coaching sessions, the payment details will be recorded by the payment provider on our behalf. For coaching purposes, we collect your Skype address and best phone number.
How will we use the information about you?
In the main, your email address is used to send you a newsletter which may also occasionally offer personal coaching sessions or inform you of a teleseminar that I am participating in.
Should you decide to use the coaching services, we will use your email address to invoice you. During the coaching sessions, we either contact you via your Skype address or ring you directly to deliver the coaching sessions. Any material related to the coaching is emailed directly to you.
How will we share your information?
We will comply with authorized requests to disclose information to law enforcement agencies.
We will not sell or share your information with other companies to carry out their marketing.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive a copy of our records about you. You have the right to request amendment or correction of your records while we hold them.
You have the right to be removed from our records.
Once you have begun receiving a service we must keep certain records to comply with legislation specific to our business area.
Changes
This policy will be available on our website via this newsletter. We will notify you a month before any major change to this policy. This copy was last updated in May 2018.
