I hope you had a good night’s sleep.
I woke up thinking about you . . .
Are you tired of not getting what you want?
And just putting up with living a life that doesn’t really inspire you?
As I was casually strolling back to the hotel, it suddenly dawned on me that so many people are living like that.
In fact, if I am not actively working towards an important dream, I often feel like this too!
I’m sure you’ve probably felt bored, lost, and not all that happy at some point!
What was enlightening about my thought that night was that I finally got it.
Here’s the problem with ‘someday-my-dream-will-work-out’,
– IT NEVER DOES!
Waiting at the bus stop of ‘someday MY dream will work out’–
– You won’t see any buses in sight!
Waiting will cost you a lot of TIME, MONEY, and HAPPINESS!
When I was waiting for things to work out versus taking my dream into my own productive hands, I looked terrible, felt terrible, couldn’t get out of bed, and probably had one too many glasses of wine! I was in the act of numbing my brain and then exercised like mad to stop my waistline from growing.
Any of this sound familiar?
The good news is that I know how to help you change this.
We all have dreams.
What’s your dream?

What’s your dream?
Is it being healthy?
Is it getting rich?
Is it having FUN?
Is it having a loving relationship?
Is it having ‘time’ freedom (my favorite)?
Is it being able to tell the boss @@!! off! (I often felt this way because my boss had a short-man syndrome)?
Is it giving to charity?
Is it being master of your own destiny?
Is it being successful?
I’m sure you have a million plausible reasons why you have this dream.
Do you know what is stopping you from your dream?
The answer is-YOU.
Honestly, don’t take it personally. I’m not blaming you, because for years I just thought I wasn’t good enough until I realized it was my THINKING that was letting me down.
Realize that:
No. 1 – Retune your brain
What I found was that to get my thinking right, I needed to retune my brain to the right frequency, i.e. start thinking about what I wanted my life to be like – and here, be as outrageous as possible. Me, I dreamt of taking a private helicopter from Nice to Monte Carlo. And that’s exactly what happened (twice)!
No. 2 – Everything you’ve ever learnt is stored in your brain
Your unconscious mind stores all the things you’ve ever learnt, e.g., walking, talking, enjoying champagne, etc.
No. 3 – You can learn a new way to live
So if you learnt to walk, talk, and even wait for ‘someday’ to come, you can also learn how to start living your dream for real.
I hope you understand that already inside of you right now is everything you need to tune your brain to the right frequency. If you’re still reading this now, I know that what I am saying is resonating in the deepest part of you.
Go with your heart and find a way to ‘learn’ that dream.
