Fear is a funny thing; we’re all frightened of something.
The problem is, the more you focus on your fears, the greater the chances of your deepest fears becoming a reality.
Just think about it for a moment. Has this happened to you or to someone you love? Take a look at how you or they think, and you will see a correlation between thinking and circumstances.
In a nutshell, what you fear the most becomes a goal in your mind. Your mind is only doing as it’s told and will go after the goal relentlessly until you get what you feared the most. This happens even if you consciously didn’t want what you fear to happen to you. Willpower is useless in these circumstances.
This is because once a goal is implanted in the unconscious mind it cannot be course corrected at a conscious level.
The unconscious part of the mind is by far stronger than the conscious mind. So it’s pretty futile trying to go up against it.
Here’s why I’m telling you all this.
If you can focus on your fears,
you can also focus on what you’d like to see happen in your life.
So dwell on the GOOD that you want to see in your life.
And this is what will happen to you.
The GOOD then seeps into your unconscious mind, and no amount of negative thinking brought about by your conscious mind or even what someone else might say will distract from the GOOD stuff showing up in your life.
At the very least you will feel better about things, and a cheerful constitution brings all manner of great opportunities.
Here’s what I like to suggest.
I challenge you to put yourself on the 21-Day GOOD Stuff Mental Diet.
I will check in on you periodically to see how you’re doing.
With all the sincerity I can muster up, I totally believe you can do this and get the results you want to see in your life.
Wishing you the very best in life,
Neera
PS. Just do it!
