Yes, already seven weeks of this year have disappeared! Or, let’s just say you’ve got another 45 weeks till the end of this year to hit your goals.
So how are you doing with your goals? To help you, I decided that I would devote Mondays to giving you tips, tools, and techniques to get you there.

Have you written out your goals this year?
If you haven’t, then maybe it’s because you’rehitting a brick wall or just don’t know where to start.
Here’s what I recommend.
Take five minutes at the beginning of the dayand write down three goals you want to achieve by the end of the day.At the end of the day, check your list and cross off all the goals you hit.
Here’s how this will help you:
- You will get into the habit of writing out your goals; and
- You will get into the habit of achieving your goals.
Pretty soon you’ll be able to effortlessly write down and hit your weekly goals, monthly goals, and the bigger goals for the year.
